For Industry

We welcome inquiries from industry about research interactions. The most common mode of interaction is through the University of Minnesota’s IPRIME (Industrial Partnership for Research in Interfacial and Materials Engineering), but there are others as listed below.

IPRIME

IPRIME membership offers many advantages. In short IPRIME members gain access to current research, opportunities for collaboration and visits, and participation in the Technical Advisory Committee that recommends research directions. Click here for more information on IPRIME.

Sponsored Research

Sponsored research projects are projects that require specific goals or deliverables and therefore a research contract. If your company is interested in this type of research, contact Prof. Satish Kumar.
